You're invited to our 'Encountering the Word' short course, running across 5 Wednesday evenings at our City Church Mt Riverview location.

Whether you’ve been following Jesus for decades or are just beginning to explore the Christian faith, Encountering the Word is a welcoming, practical course designed to help you not only read Scripture with greater confidence and clarity, but to encounter the Word (Jesus) in the word (the Bible). 

Over five engaging weeks with Rob and Felicity, explore what the Bible really is, learn how to read different parts of Scripture well, discover simple tools for understanding challenging passages, and practice applying God’s Word to everyday life. This course isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about learning how to encounter God in Scripture for yourself, ask good questions, and grow in your relationship with Him. Whatever stage of the journey you're at, we believe this course will be helpful to you!
